Colorado Passes Privacy Law

Colorado added their very own Privacy Act to the growing list of states and became the third U.S. state to take measures in protecting its citizens’ right to privacy. The Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) goes into effect on July 1, 2023. It adds its name to a list of similar laws in California CCPA and Virginia law (CDPA).
