1      Introduction to Adzapier

Adzapier Holdings LLC. with our partners provides advertising technologies that allow websites and other internet-connected services to generate revenue by showing advertisements to their users and allow marketers and other advertisers to show advertisements to individuals online who may be interested in their products or services.

Adzapier helps brands to use their own customer data, along with other licensed data, to improve customer interactions on multiple channels and devices. For instance, we provide data “onboarding” services to marketers engaged in online marketing (such as through use of Data Cookies), through our data management platform as well as other data services and platforms.

Our aim is to be transparent about our business by describing our technology and services in simple terms. please reach out to privacy@Adzapier.com.

Adzapiers  Inc LLC contains links to websites or content operated and maintained by third parties over which we have no control. We encourage review of the privacy policies of such third-party websites and content before disclosing any information to them.

Publishers” are websites or publications that use Adzapiers  Inc LLC Services, or Individual persons who interact with Adzapier Holdings LLC on behalf of such websites or publications.

Readers” are individuals or organizations who visit our Publishers’ websites.

Personal Information” means any information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify a natural person, such as contact information (i.e., name, address, e-mail address, and/or phone number), and/or information that uniquely and persistently identifies a browser or device such as an IP address, mobile advertising identifier, cookie identifier, or an email address that has been hashed to generate an alphanumeric identifier or combination of information about a browser or device (such as IP address and browser type/settings). As explained below, Adzapier Holdings LLC Services do not collect types of Personal Information about Readers that can be used to identify specific individuals.

“Non-Personal Information” means information that is not associated with or linked to Personal Information including aggregate or unidentified information.


2       Information We Collect

Adzapier Holdings LLC Services collects both Personal Information and Non-Personal Information. Adzapiers Holdings   LLC does not collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) about Readers such as names, email addresses (when collected these are hashed so that they are no longer readable), physical addresses, or phone numbers. The information we collect allows us to see the browsing habits at an individual level, but we do not attempt to identify the exact individual who is browsing.

The following provides more detail on the types of Personal Information we collect and use in conjunction with the Adzapier Holdings LLC Services:

Device information Device information can include your browser agent, browser type, operating system, device type, use of ad blocking tools, and information about the possible relationships among different browsers and devices.
Cookie ID A randomly generated identifier (created by Adzapiers Hondlings LLC  that is stored on a browser and allows us to understand Reader browsing behavior, without knowing the exact identity of the individual.
IP address An Internet Protocol address (IP address) is a numerical label assigned by an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to each device connected to a computer network that allows the device to communicate on the Internet. Most IP addresses are dynamic, meaning they change every time the device is restarted.
Hashed email Hashing is a way of making a piece of data, like an email address, into a hexadecimal string so that it is no longer readable. Each email address has its own unique hexadecimal string that remains consistent no matter where the email address is used.
General location information Using your IP address and third-party services, we may collect general location information such as your country, city or state. Collecting this information not only supports our services but helps us to understand your data rights.
Precise location information Precise location information may include, for example, data obtained from cell tower or Wi-Fi triangulation techniques, or latitude-longitude coordinates obtained through GPS technology.
Mobile Advertising ID(MAID) In mobile apps, we use identifiers provided by the mobile device’s operating system that can be reset by users. Typical advertising IDs are AdID (Android) and IDFA (Apple). Mobile advertising IDs allow developers and marketers to track activity associated with a specific device for advertising purposes. They’re also used to enhance serving and targeting capabilities.

3       General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Personal data are any information which are related to an identified or identifiable natural person. If the controller has the legal option to oblige the provider to hand over additional information which enables them to identify the user behind the IP address, this is also personal data.


4       CCPA Consumer Rights

At Adzapier, we take privacy and personal information very seriously and are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the new California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) regulation. In compliance with CCPA rules effective as of January 1, 2020, consumers who are California residents (as defined by the CCPA) have:

  • The right to know to whom their personal information is being disclosed or sold to
  • The right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information.
  • The right to access and request deletion of their personal information.

While we do not typically have direct interactions with consumers, Adzapier has made mechanisms available to support consumer requests for opt-outs, delete requests, and requests to know in accordance with CCPA requirements.  Instructions to submit opt-out requests, delete requests, and/or right-to-know requests through our Website are referenced in this Privacy Policy.


We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.  Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level of goods or services.

Adzapier does not knowingly accept, process, or sell any personal information related to minors.

5       Delete Requests

In compliance with CCPA regulation, California residents have the right to request that Adzapier delete any personal data that we may have collected from a Consumer.  A delete request may be submitted to us via email at privacy@adzapier.com. We will confirm receipt of Delete Requests within 10 days including a brief description about how Adzapier will process the request.

We will complete the processing of your delete request within 45 days after receipt. If Adzapier is unable to process the request within 45 days, we will notify you with an explanation of the delay, with an extension to not exceed an additional 45 days.

Right to Access Personal Information

In compliance with CCPA regulation, California residents may request certain information with respect to the PII we (when we act as a “business” under the CCPA) store, process, or share with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes.  This includes:

The categories of personal information that have been collected

The specific pieces of personal information that have been collected about that consumer

To exercise your rights, please submit a request to us by either completing our ‘Request to Know’ via email at privacy@adzapier.com

We take security and privacy very seriously and take proactive measures to ensure we do not inadvertently disclose your personal information to an unauthorized third party.  In order to securely verify your identity for all detailed Right to Access requests, we request a copy of a government issued ID as part of the required information (along with your name/address, email or MAID ID).

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable customer request related to your personal information.  You may only make a request for access twice in a 12-month period. The request must provide sufficient information that allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, and if you are an authorized agent, we may request additional proof as permitted by the CCPA, such as power of attorney. The scope will be limited to data from the 12-month period preceding the Consumer’s request.

Adzapier will confirm receipt of your Right to Access request within 10 days including a brief description about how Adzapier will process the request.  This includes Adzapier’s verification process and timing of when the consumer should expect a response.

We will respond to your verified request within 45 days. If we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you, we will notify you within 45 days as to why the request cannot be completed.

If Adzapier is unable to process the request within 45 days, and requires more time to do so, Adzapier will notify you with an explanation of the delay, with an extension to not exceed an additional 45 days.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

6       Data Retention


We will keep Publishers’ Personal Information according to the terms and conditions of our business relationship. This includes maintaining Publishers’ Personal Information after our relationship ends to protect ourselves from legal claims, to comply with law, or to administer our business.


Personal Information collected about Readers through Adzapier LLC Inc Services is generally retained for a maximum of eighteen months. However, laws, legal claims or other particular circumstances may require us to keep certain Personal Information longer.

Non-Personal Information:

We may retain Non-Personal Information for our business purposes, at our discretion or as permitted by law.

7       Changes in this Privacy Policy

We may modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time at our discretion. When we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will amend the revision date at the top of this page and such modified or amended Privacy Policy shall be effective as to the Personal Information governed by this Privacy Policy as of that revision date. We encourage periodic review of this Privacy Policy to view any updates, as well as the revision log found at the end of this page.
